Pupils across school take part in weekly lessons where they work through different modules.
Meet Your Brain: Teaches children how their brains work, including neuroplasticity and how to look after their mental health when feeling worried or sad.
Celebrate: Focuses on self-esteem by helping children recognize their unique character strengths.
Appreciate: Builds the habit of gratitude and appreciating the world and people around them.
Relate: Improves communication, active listening, and friendship-building skills.
Engage: Teaches goal-setting ("Big Dream Goals") and how to build perseverance through challenges.
