Miss Thompson and Mrs Osborne met with the new Eco Club representatives from each class. Year 1 to Year 6 were represented. During their first meeting, Eco Club looked at the beauty that nature can bring. They created an action plan for this academic year and our pupils became familiar with the three R's.
Miss Gee and Mrs Osborne met with the Eco club for the final time this year. Our final Eco-club meeting of the year. They thanked the Eco Club team for being fantastic Eco-warriors this year.
Today our eco warriors designed and planted grass head cups for their classrooms. They will watch them grow wild and wacky hair over the next few weeks!
A fun way to learn about nature and caring for plants.
We have had our final Eco club of the year - what a year it has been! The pupils enjoyed the session together and carefully selected places around our school grounds to hang their bird boxes. They want to provide a cozy home for the local birds. Miss Gee is extremely proud of the Eco club team and for all of their hard work this year.
