Other Information
- Homework will be set on Purple Mash every Wednesday and must be completed by the following Wednesday. Please let us know if you do not have your child’s log in information.
- Please ensure your child has a full PE kit in school every Wednesday- preferably black shorts, white tee shirt, spare socks and trainers.
- A Reading Book Box will be kept outside the classroom door each Monday and Thursday morning. Please put reading books and completed reading records in the box on these days in order for the book to be changed. Please note- staff do not check bags in Y1. We are also going to encourage children to bring a book from our class library home for them to share with you.
- Please ensure children do not bring their own toys from home, we have lots of wonderful activities in school, and own toys lead to arguments!
- When it is your child’s birthday, school is no longer allowing parents to bring sweets to share with the class. We will ensure your child is treated like a king or queen for the day- but please, no sugary snacks!
- Please remember to follow us on twitter for day to day information and regular photographs.
